The international payment system by Altshuler Shaham Financial Services.

Altshuler Shaham, one of Israel’s leading investment firms, manages approximately 194 billion Shekel (as of 2025). The firm offers a range of services, including portfolio management, pensions, mutual funds, and global investments.

I led the UX strategy and design of a platform enabling businesses to manage daily operations with global suppliers. The solution integrates local payments with low-cost SWIFT transfers, focusing on speed, transparency, and complete process control.

From the start of the UX planning, I ensured alignment with the target audience, importers, and addressed their key pain points: complexity and lack of transparency when dealing with banks.

Alvexo - Trading App

A challenging project involving the design of one of the world’s leading trading apps, serving millions of users across multiple languages and in real time.

With hundreds of screens, dozens of trading tools, and advanced features, the design process required deep expertise in capital markets and complex user flows. We focused on creating a precise, accessible, and high-performance interface, from dynamic charts and Japanese candlesticks to advanced order types, indicators, and technical tools.

At every step, we prioritized precision, clarity, and performance, empowering users to make fast, confident decisions, even in real-time market conditions.

Isracard is Israel’s leading credit card group, with around 4.6 million active cards across Isracard, MasterCard, Visa, and exclusive American Express brands. The company leads in issuing, acquiring, and non-bank credit, managing a credit portfolio of approximately ₪10.3 billion. It also operates some of Israel’s largest consumer clubs, serving both private and business clients.

I lead the UX strategy for the onboarding process of Isracard’s new investment service, developed in collaboration with Horizon. The project included a welcoming marketing screen and a simple, guided flow for new users, from eligibility check to identification, investment track selection, and ID upload.

Throughout the UX planning, we focused on clarity, strong calls to action, and full regulatory compliance (including KYC procedures, investment limitations, and OTP). The process involved advanced APIs and seamless two-way integration with both Isracard and Altshuler Shaham. The user experience was carefully crafted to reduce friction, drive action, and support rapid customer base growth, even for users without an eligible card.

Gift Card Purchase UI/UX Design for Israel’s Leading Ecommerce Company

To create a fast, intuitive, and seamless gift card purchase experience, while maintaining the brand’s premium and trustworthy feel.

The design includes a clear layout with personalized amount selection, scheduled delivery, card customization, and a personal message field, all wrapped in a modern, business-oriented visual style.

B2B CRM System

Tailored for companies and organizations, this CRM system simplifies the management and distribution of vouchers to employees, quickly, efficiently, and with full customization.

The system offers smart gift card loading and distribution through an intuitive interface, advanced management tools, and complete control over the process, all designed for flexibility and seamless user experience. Focused on simplicity, efficiency, and personalization, it adapts to the unique needs of each organization.

POS Interface Design, Touchscreen for Cash Register

Designed for seamless interaction, this POS interface prioritizes efficiency and ease of use for cash register systems. With a user-friendly touchscreen layout, it enables quick transactions, clear navigation, and minimal input for optimal speed and accuracy.

The design is crafted for a smooth, intuitive experience, reducing friction and enhancing operational efficiency in retail environments.

UX Strategy B2B and Design for Carrefour’s Gift Card System

For Carrefour’s international retail chain, I led the UX strategy and design of an innovative system for purchasing and managing gift cards, fully integrated into both the mobile app and website. The system enables quick digital purchases, personal message addition, recipient delivery, and easy in-store redemption, all seamlessly linked to the payment infrastructure.

The design prioritized simplicity, clarity, and a smooth user flow, with a focus on responsiveness, security (including 3DS), and supporting complex features such as linking physical cards, viewing balances, usage history, and redemption networks — all while ensuring a consistent, user-friendly brand experience.

Digital Wallet App

Designed for a smooth, rewarding user experience, this app allows users to earn cashback, accumulate funds, exchange foreign currency, and make payments both online and in physical stores — all through a fast, secure, and convenient interface.

The project included a comprehensive UX process, covering every user flow from simple onboarding and personalized account management to issuing a digital credit card.

Each screen was designed with the user in mind, focusing on intuitive balance views, rewards tracking, usage analytics, and points earned with each action.

The visual language is modern and fresh, tailored to the digital generation, with a strong emphasis on ease of use, trust, and financial control.
